Possibly headed to your fine state sometime later this year.
I would love to catch some Peacocks but on a limited budget.
Would be staying in Miami area. What are best times of year and would a guy be able to catch a few on public waters? I would bring my own gear, a selection of cranks, and a selection of plastics.
A non resident license for a few days cant be that expensive is it?
