Pike and yuba advice - mousehatch - 03-30-2015
Any one fish for pike in yuba? What should I rig up leader wise? Is this a aweful time of year for pike? Any info is much appreciated!

I used 12 lb fluorocarbon then added a micro steel leader. Then I used clousers to catchem. I switched to fluorocarbon after I had one break 0x tippet. No issues with the flouro.

Yeah pkg said 0x = 15lb test. So I figured it would be good to go. Figured wrong...now I don't go anywhere without the flouro.
