Looks like it might work okay, but I bet there would be a lot of waste. When it comes to filleting fish, I think it's best just to bust out the fillet knife (manual or electric) and dig in. After a while you can crank out the fillets, and you're not dependant on some gadget. It reminded me of the Wunder Boner. How many boneheads got suckered into buying that? [signature] |
