Veterean's Day freebies and more - RockyRaab - 11-04-2015
Here is a mostly complete list of free meals, discounts and other things offered to veterans in 2015.
I always go to the Applebees in Riverdale (next to Sportsmans Warehouse) to hobnob with fellow vets, swap tales, and have a nice lunch.
I also purchase a large beer and tip extravagantly before wandering over to peruse ice fishing gear at SW. Meet ya there.

That list sure has grown over the years, I usually hit Applebees in Riverdale as well but just for take out because that place gets packed on Veterean's Day. I have also done Texas Road house and they are great too. I likely won't do Golden Corral again because I've never been there when I did not have to wait for an hour, to get into that place and the hour wait is outside in the cold[crazy].
