Riggins Whitetail - lowe-185 - 11-12-2015
Has anyone had experience, or advice on hunting whitetail in the Riggins area. Headed up Saturday to walk my son around the hills to find a deer.
Thinking the 7 devils area or up the Main....

I havn't hunted whitetails up there but I have fished lots, I would go up by lucile and go across the river, stay as low as possible, you should find some whitetails,

I was up there last week mule deer hunting. I was in Skookumchuck and got snowed out at 5000 feet. If you follow Matt's advice, be damn careful and mindful of private property. Most of the access roads ( Seven Devils, Race Creek,Cow Creek) are private ground for at least the first 4-6 miles. The snow may have settled but I would advise chains for both axles.
