Anybody know or heard of ice on Otter Creek yet and iff so, is it fishable?

I was there last saturday and shore fishing was decent but there was no sign of ice to be found. It was too warm during the day. They have had a couple of really cold days but I doubt any ice has taken. I think we will be lucky to see fishable ice around Christmas is this same weather continues. Just my two scents of course.
