I got out this evening by myself to see if I could find a few "Big-G" Slabs for some up-coming trips. I had a trip on Saturday that turned out to be slow because of the high water and "extreme" current, but we were still able to put a few fish in the boat including the Slab the young man is holding. I wanted to get back out today and see if things might have changed a little, and "yep", they changed. Within a few hours I had caught between 40-50 Crappie and had a nice solid limit of 30 to take home. The water is still a little high but these fish are back to doing what they are suppose to do, and now it will start getting even better with the water trying to get back to normal.
