Anybody know if there is safe ice on Starvation? Looking to take some kids up.

Drove past yesterday. Skim ice in Rabbit Gulch, open water at bridge. Some of the bay's had skim ice as well. Nothing to fish yet out there.

It should be ice up fast especially with weather being mid to low 20's in the morning then single digits at night.
