yep, i am new - Outlaw45 - 01-12-2016
hall. been lurkin so thought I better join. great forum, interesting posts.
my name is John but I go by Outlaw45. I am married, retired. live in Olympia, WA.
I mostly fly fish when I can. I tie flys, build SoF kayaks but do not fish out of them.
I have been riding bikes for 50 yrs and at the moment I ride a 1997 harly heritage.
I have fished since I was 5 here in the puget sound. took up fly fishing in 1972 in Medford, Or.
I am a viet nam combat vet, was in country from 1966 to 1967.
we have 4 kids, 5 grandkids and 1 great grand daughter who is 1 yr.
well that sums it up.
oh, I have a belly boat, I beleave its a fat cat but i will have to look again. had it for 2 yrs but used it once when I got it. I will be doing some upgrades to it this yr. will fish it mostly in lakes. as soon as I finish 2 kayak builds I want to build a solid pontoon out of foam. the design will be somewhat like the fuzion dst with some different changes.
ok, so that is it, now back to some more readin.

Welcome and thanks for joining. Tubing is a great way to fish. Great way to sneak up on the fish. I use a toon myself.
