Had a great morning on the lake. Got there a little after sunrise and put in at Harrison Bay. Left the park and didnt run very far to a spot i wanted to try. Caught one right at 5lbs just a few casts into the morning and ended up with a few more in the 2-3lb range. Our best 3 today would have been a little over 10lbs. Hoping i can find fish like that or better next saturday in the Cff tx. Mostly fished rock walls, coves, and ledges in 2-20 fow. Water temp was around 80°. Caught bass on shakey head, jig, & crankbait. Had more fun watching my girlfriend & her sister catching fish than i did catching them myself. Time to recharge the batteries on the boat and get a nap bc were headed back about sun down for round 2!
