Beaver Canyon Lakes - Report - JandSGuns - 08-27-2016
Took a trip down to Beaver this week. We camped at Kent's Lake and fished off the dam. We started fishing about 4:30 pm and in 2 hours had landed 25 fish. 24 bows and 1 tiger. Most of the fish were fat and about 12" - 14". They fought like bigger fish. We kept a few for dinner and released the rest. Meat was firm and dark red. The next day we drove up and fished Lebaron Lake. Caught 9 in an hour - released them all as they were quite small - 7" - 8" planters. Drove on up to Puffer Lake - we caught and released 16 in about 2 hours - fish were about 10" - 12". Lots of fun - very few people - beautiful country and nice cool temps.
