After getting to our first spot we started out throwing jigs since that was all we had tied on that was fit for night fishing. Once we were able to see we went to our crankbaits. Soon after that I got our first keeper, a 15 inch spotted bass. On the next cast I got a 5 lb smallmouth. Cory caught our next and biggest fish, a 6.9 lb largemouth. We caught a few more throughout the day but nothing that would help. After a while we ran downtown and didn't get a single bite. We were able to see a great live performance of the movie Grumpy Old Men and watch Jerry "Moses" Malone put on a clinic with his jigs and 4lb smallies. All of our fish were in 8 to 15 feet of water. 13.62 lbs and 4th place, ended up being a pretty good day.
