Hit Willard this evening as in Monday night. Started at the inlet channel. Was surprised there was no water flowing through the inlet water was still as could be and only saw a few midges flying around. Made casts along the channel and through the south marina but nothing. On the walk back a gentleman who lives by Willard gave me and my buddy a ride back to my car. Can't remember his name but thank you. Then proceeded to the North marina and was able to jig up a perch. Off of the fishing dock. Marked alot of fish off of the dock using the flasher but most were very tight lipped.
