Followed up my cohort Pointer with a visit to the Nick to prep for Saturday's tournament Started out throwing a swimbait and quickly caught two fish. One was a 16 inch keeper and the other one was right at 15 inches, depending on how you held your nose...Then headed down to some deep water and threw a jig and Lake Fork Tackle worm with limited success. Caught two more fish, but missed twice that many. Thunder and lightning moved in and it was time to head to East Ridge. Saw several dead floaters at MCP, must have been the result of a tournament.
