Yea, I was out there in it ducking hail storms and debris flying through the air. The dam hail was kind of bad and I went over to Island Cove right after it got hit and looked around to see if I needed to help anyone. Two rescue boats were coming out while we were looking. That place was a mess. There was chairs, coolers, floatation and a lot of other stuff floating around and I had no idea where to put it so we just motored by it. Out of six big boat under bays there were four totaled, one badly damaged and one looked good. I saw a couple boats sunk or half sunk, one pontoon upside down on the bank and the big stalls looked to have collapsed on the boats under them. I am talking millions in damages.

It was hard to fish between the rain walls, hail storms and tornadoes but we tried. Only boated six but had a couple pretty good ones. My buddy's best was 3/7 and my best was 3/6. We would have stayed longer but my wife called and told me about it hitting Ooltewah badly and had gone across Snow Hill Rd. I had to go check on my home. I was lucky and it missed mine. It missed polo's also but it did not miss CCSM's. His home has some major damage. He has part of his roof gone, some of the sides are damaged and a part of someone else's roof landed on his boat. Right at Savannah Bay there are some homes gone. It looked like a war zone. Reminded me of Ringgold last year after one hit there. Took me a long time to get home. I had to go all the way to Cleveland then down 75 and into Ooltawah that way. The roads at Hunter, Snow Hill, Ooltewah George Town and other ways in from the lake side were blocked. My heart, prayers and thoughts are with those who were hit today.

Jmax

P.S., boated bass on traps, spinner baits and jerk baits. Thanks for all the calls today and concerns for us to everyone who called. emoGrouphug
