THE WEEB 5/13/12
#1
went up to fish the weber river yesterday and arrived up at the parking lot at 1200 noon. started fishing nymphs and picked up a few whitefish and a dink cutty. Overall the fishing at this point was slow, walked down river a bit below the bridge and all the sudden a big hatch of dries came off and the fish were slurpin them down. they were hitting two different bugs at the same time but caught about 20 on size 18 caddis and size 20 BWO. nothing huge today but the biggest trout was 17 and the biggest whitie was 21. one of my best days on the weeb yet this year on dries, and i had been hoping for a day like that and i got it. it was real fun and pretty simple once you had the right bug on. sorry no pics today, nothing huge and picworthy anyway. thanks

Only two choices, Elk Hair or Goddard. Olive and Yellow elks right now are great, even on Carp, he, he, he

I'll agree with the Elk Hair Caddis but an Xcaddis and small Stimulators outfish the Goddard everytime for me.
