Hit Echo Sat for the first time this ice season. Had 2 sons and my daughter-in-law. Fished 4 hours at various depths and locations. Only caught 8 fish between the 4 of us! Had trout coming through at 15-20 feet, would get some nibbles but few hard hitters. Lucked out on some big perch (5 total), in 32' of water, very light bites and unable to find the schools of fish. Generally only 1 fish caught in a hole (moved around every 45-90 min). Talked with some others as they were leaving, they were skunked (made me feel good to at least have fish). Not a hot spot at the present! Didn't do too good there last year also.

Any other reports on East Canyon or Echo would be appreciated! Will be looking for other lakes for the next few days.

I fished echo 4 times this year on the ice. It has been unusually slow. Last outing we only caught 3 perch and one rainbow all day.
