My wife and I love to use Spade L Ranch Salmon rub . Put it on an hour before grilling, slap it flesh side down for about 5 - 7 minutes to get a good sear and then flip to finish on the skin side. As soon as the flesh separates from the skin it's done! It's awesome broken up on a salad the next day as well.
