Good first baitcaster for bass

Up until about 2 months ago, you could still find the Chronarch 50MG's new on-line. I would buy one of those if they were still around, not over the Core, but just to have one for situations when you don't need much line. Comparing the Core to the Chronarch MG... The Core is supposed to be very good with throwing light baits. I haven't really tested it for that yet, so I can't say from experience. Also, the Core has a cool hatch that's opened to adjust the centrifugal brake. It's a little more convenient than the new Curados. I believe the bearing count is higher in the Core, and all the bearings in the Core are shielded, which Shimano claims is 10X more corrosion resistant than their standard bearings.
