got down there at 2 30 ala time put in an it was clear ,after about one hour the fog rolled in an i hollered up to the front of the ranger an ask weisel,if he was still with me,i could not see him it was so thick.i even got the camera out an snapped a pic,he was not there.i have never been in the fog that thick.i went to the map page on the lowrance an i talked him into the hog pen.we fished till around nine or ten before ever getting a fish ,we ended up the day with 5 keepers the largest one went 3-12 an one more went 3-9.all of the fish together went 14lb 140z.not the best day that i have had at the creek but it was better than being at work.glad to here the cff number 2 went well .what time did you guys blast off.i dont know what time they left out of mud creek .we did not here them blast off.i think they idled out to the river channel,but i dont know that for sure.water temp this morning was 60 an by afternoon it was 67 or so .we tried spinners an traps an worms an buzz baits an every thing else in the boat.but i could throw away all my stuff an be happy with my pig an jig.as long as they were green pumkin..well thats about it.buy the way we fished a total of 14 hrs today..wore out..emoUSA i have one more thing to say ,i still cant believe it happed ,we were fishing in the pen an we were alittle over one cast from the bank an some a--hole ran between us an the bank ,water maybe 2ft deep.if i had been in the front of the boat he would have gotten a face full of rattle trap.i was waiting for him to hit something ,an i was going to laugh at him an tell him how stupid he was.but he did not hit anything.i cant believe it.i was so stunned i did not see the tag or even look .an after he passed us we did not go across the pen to confront him because like daddy said ,the more you stir it the worse it stinks.he will get his one of these days....good fishing .emoUSA
