8 Feb 2012, Lake Guntersville Fishing Reports – Had a great day on the lake with Coach Bagley of Dalton Ga. Today. We caught fish all day after a short slow period this morning. Water temp’s started at 52.5 and the best we found was 54.5 late afternoon. We fished A-rigs, rattle traps, and swim baits, brush hogs and Tightline Jigs. Our best fish came on Skinny Dipper Swim Baits and Guntersville Special football jigs from Tightline Jigs. Most fish where in the 2- 3.5 pound range with a solid limit of 3.5 to 5.5 pound fish with most of the better fish coming out of 7-12 FOW. We did fine some fish shallow today in less than 4 FOW on a on a jig around dead lily pad stems. I have a days available; come spend a day on the lake with me. Make your reservations now for some great action on Guntersville, Nickajack or Tim’s Ford. We supply all fishing gear, lures at no additional cost you, Military Discount and 110% dedication to making your trip successful. “Let’s go fish’ in”
Visit www.midsouthbassguide.com for more photos and sign up for my monthly newsletter
