Keeping funds at Willard Bay

However, I also know and understand how our state government operates and to me, the statement that tells it like it is in the Standard article is this:[/#800000][/font]

Utah lawmakers, tasked with appropriating the state's budget, "certainly have the authority to do what they want," Whitehead said. "We are subject to their direction."

[font "Comic Sans MS"][#800000]There are currently about $3.1 M of the settlement not obligated. I would guess that some of that will probably end up assigned to Willard. But all $3.1 M being spent on Willard - not bloody likely.[/#800000][/font]
