Willard/Deer Creek early walleye techniques

Thanks TD, several of us BFTR'S that care about Willard and the situation in the inlet went to the RAC meeting in Brigham City last fall and talked with the biologists, they already had their minds made up and it wasn't in favor of closing the inlet to fishing during the spawn. So I figure it's a losing battle. I just wish the people that wanted walleye that bad would go to Lake Powell and fish for the walleye there, with no limit on the eyes they can bring home a truck load if they wanted to, of course that would actually involve fishing for them which might make it difficult for some.[:p]
