Fished Cascade Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Thursday was my wife and I. I had 5 rods out for about 2.5 hours and then I went and got my wife and me moved to a new location where we set up camp with 10 rods for about 4 hours. We got 12 perch and threw back4 trout. The average perch was about 12 inches with 2 of them coming in at just over 15 inches. Friday I fished by myself with 5 rods for about 3 hours and got 10 perch (0 trout). Saturday was terrible. We fished 4 people with 10 rods for 3 hours and we got 4 perch.
Ice was good, but there was snow on top of the ice Friday and Saturday.
We left today without going on the ice, but it looked like a slush-fest. It rained most of the night and a good part of the morning. It will take a few days of cold nights to firm the ice back up and make the slush go away. Here is a picture of Friday's catch. The biggest one in the middle was just over 15.
