es was hot today! Got to where we decided to fish today around 7:30 and the bite was on as soon as we dropped our lines. We had 7 lines out and immediately started getting hits on our dead sticks while setting them up. Started jigging around 8am and caught the rest of our limit by 10am. On another note access was horrible!!!!!! It was a slush fest where we were. They are filling the lake fast. All I will say is we weren't at Big Elk.
