Wierd fish at palisades

I'll tell you this, tell me where in the fishing regulations it says it is illegal to catch and leave non-game fish rotting and sitting on the side of the bank and I will fix my ways. I have seen it my whole life every where in Idahos fisheries. i have even seen Indians on the south fork of the clear water leave salmon rotting on the side of the road. I don't see why my photo has been such a big deal lately. My friends and I removed 70+ fish from this ecosystem. That's a number less amount of future suckers that this Eco-system wont have in it. This photo affects absolutely NONE of you. So I think all of you who don't like this photo or don't like killing suckers or carp can keep calm and all move on with your lives, and go back to fishing.
