I'm not sure I completely understand your question... but I'll give it a shot!
The Idaho Fishing Planner - a mobile-friendly tool that is a wealth of fishing information. You can find all sort of information including rules, access, maps, stocking history, photos etc. Just type in a name of a water body to start searching, or browse them all. Filter the results on the left to select species, water type, geographic area etc... Very powerful!

Otherwise, the original post was to clarify that trout bag limits for Deadwood Reservoir are 6/day, while only 2/day in the Deadwood Tributaries (i.e. Deadwood River, Beaver Creek, Trail Creek etc...) For example, I looked up Deadwood Reservoir, then clicked on "Interactive Map Center". I used "Switch Basemap" to show the USGS Topo Map, and now I can see the names of all the tributaries to the lake:
