I have not heard this.  If I hear about it I will let you know. 

I have my doubts, maybe the beach entrances, but not the whole lake.

cemetary point parking closed.

Port Ramp open yesterday with 3 empty boat trailers attached to vehicles in the parking lot at about 2:00 PM.  Wind Surfer Beach had about a dozen cars in it.  One vehicle parked near the buoy line in the Narrows.  I would say it is OPEN.
