Hey Everyone,
It looks like Sportsmans Warehouse in Heber is hosting a free downrigger/Kokanee class this Saturday from 2-4pm. It says they will be having free tackle giveaways and everyone who attends gets a $10 gift certificate. Just thought I would pass along the word.

Hey Scout -- I appreciated the heads up for the seminar....Yep, I made the trip....and like was said ...no matter how much (you think) you know about Kokes and downrigger fishing, it always pays to hear, read, watch,etc. more about it, as you'll always learn something, or get an idea to try something a little different....so thanks....hope I'll see ya out on the water...

Got out today....nice 2 man Koke limit....no 'hot' action like back in June, and no 'lunkers', but all nice fish....I did get to check out my "negative or positive ions" on my downrigger cable....brought my multi-meter along and I think we got it figured out.....looked like it measured .063 something or other, so I called it good....went red to cable, and black to metal gas tank....so I think that was a good connection.....anyhow, nice A.M. out on the water....Guluk....
