According to this, the Beaver River drainage is the only one in the state that is looking good and still in the green.
At this point, I'm not sure Willard will even come up three feet this year, not looking good for fishing there lthis Summer.

Once a week outdoor watering.
A delay in the activation of the secondary water system by one month.
