Still Wanted: Kayak

Hey there guys,

ebay is great and there's new yaks being offered every few hours. My problem is I want a bare-bones, no-nothing, no-accessories, sit-in or very deep SOT about 9~10 feet long and 30 inches wide.

I want to build it up myself. ebay offers such craft but they usually way off somewhere and 'local pickup' only. Anybody got something like the above within say four hours of Los Angeles.

I can't stand it anymore......I need to fish places they won't let you fish with a float tube.

Being one of the "pick-it-ups" you mention I have to say I will not trust a shipper to handle this boat and doubt you will find a boat builder with different sentiment.
