Down rigger weights

Hello again. I have been getting the boat ready for ice off and going through the gear and taking inventory of what I need for the upcoming season. Any how,I noticed that the down rigger weights are in need of some repainting, Where can one find vinyl/rubber paint to repaint? Any suggestions as to who might sell this type of paint or on online stores that would carry what Im looking for? Any help here is appreciated.

i have some stuff that is a spray vinyl in a can,got it at a hardware store.It works ok but is kind of messy.You can do like my buddy did,and have your weights rhino-lined,he says the coating lasts a long ,long time.
