Hit the water at 5 and we caught our first fish at 6. A very nice Wiper of 21'' by Mactuna. Nansea was next a nice catfish. All Wipers were decent size from 18 to 20, Catfish 16 to 20 and a decent Walleye Fishhound caught. We caught three species Walleye, Wipers and Catfish a very nice day on the water. Fish were all over the place. Light breeze in mid morning with dying afternoon wind. Not many people fishing. A few skiers

I know this sounds like wishful thinking. But the cats at Willard seem to be getting a little bigger than usual.

[#008000]Hey Mactuna,[/#008000]

[#008000]Great day on the water with you and Nansea ! We could hardly have asked for better weather as well. OK, a little warm in the afternoon, but with the breeze, it didn't seem too bad. Most of the day was actually pretty comfortable. [/#008000]

[#008000]I guess it was bound to happen at some point - I lost my last Producer Prism Shad to a bottom snag - if you were wondering why I groaned when I snapped that one lure off. Oh well, lately they haven't been producing that good for me anyway. [/#008000]

[#008000]It was great to get out with you and Nansea and do some fishing (and catching) again. [/#008000]

[#008000]P.S. I hope you got and read my PM about those worms - if not, you REALLY should read it ![/#008000]

[cool]Nice report and photos, guys! I'm surprised that the walleye's are still biting out there this year. Normally they get pretty slow this time of year there when the water temps get up this high until the fall. What were the best baits this time?
