BFT came away looking good and brought some new attention to the burbot problem.

I saw the show last night and BFT got some good press. My mug even ended up on the tube for a few seconds. I guess we should have stayed later for the Saturday night fishing, Adam interviewed guys on both sides of where we were. We left about 5 PM since we fished all night Friday and I needed to stay awake for the trip home (plus our frozen burbots from Friday night wouldn't have been too exciting for the show). I'm looking forward to the next bash.
PS I found a website that sells the longer HT blue ice rod that Fishley was showing in the presentation. Not sure if I should post links but I will answer any PMs if someone wants to know.

I was the one at the seminar with the white BFT ball cap on! I'm trying to make my wife call me "hollywood" now. I was also the one snapping the photo of Adam & goodluckgoose with his beautiful bow. They also got me catching a couple ling. The funniest thing is that the show closed with me setting the hook on what looked like a monster and saying "He's a big one! NICE!" Adam was nice enough to edit the part where I gave it some slack and worked my lure back out from under the rock that I had snagged!! Ha Ha.
Anyhow those of you who couldn't make it could see what a great time it was. Thanks to all of those whose hard work made the bash such a success! I can't wait to get back up there!
Hollywood, ..............er, I meant KoldFeet!

It was pretty neat seeing us on TV about 6 different times. Mostly our backs were turned to the camera but still pretty cool.

I didn't go, but the show made it look like a good time. Do you burbot eaters all skin them like they showed in the demonstration? Seems like it would be a lot easier to fillet them.

Great job on the coverage Roughing it Outdoors and Adam Eakle did on the Bash. I saw a good fresh BFT sticker on Adam Eakle's pickup bumper. I also wanted to say I really thought both Wyoming and Utah Fish and Wildlife did a fine job of representing their Agencies. I think they all did a great job recruiting and army of fishermen to put some pressure on the Burbot invaders.

It showed me cutting a few new holes in the ice. TWICE! Who's Hollywood now?

I don't know about you, but for some of us, our back sides are better looking on television than our front sides. I'm just grateful for the good coverage of a fun event.

If some of the members missed it and want to check it out go to the following link. You'll see an article along with the video that aired. Adam does a great job:
