does anybody know is the Kaysville pond are safe to fish or holmes creek either

Not sure about Kaysville. I was at Holmes last saturday, we got spooked by the ambulance and fire trucks there. Layton was practicing their rescue techniques. The ice looked safe with a lot of surface water. With the snow and warmth this week, it may be rotten around the edges so be careful......Don't want to see the firemen there again.[:p]

I drive past kaysville everyday and everyday there has been a steady amount of people fishing. Always on the second pond from the south.

I talked to a guy at sportsmans today who said as of two days ago a plank was needed to get out on holmes creek.
