Bassrodder called me out -- so I figured I better pony up and give a fishing report. I can't let the mojo-man think that I can't catch a fish.
We hit river "X" on Saturday before the storms came in. Buggers did the trick in the deep pools with some cover -- which were hard to find because there wasn't much water running in the stream right now. The fish were in pretty good shape. Biggest fish of the day didn't get a picture taken (18"), but we got the 17" rainbow on film. Beautiful fish and nice weather. The only thing missing was the mojo.
Enjoy the pics.
(see cliff! I really can catch fish!)

I have a feeling river x is a nuclear wast water river that is protected by the teenage mutant ninja turtles. I dont think I will ask exactly where river x is. I have a couple of desert pond X's that are full if fish. I dont think the fish there have any mutations that might make me throw up. Although if the fish in my X ponds/ creeks were trout they might be more likely to have some mutations. Bass are just to tough!! I did like the pic of the fish in the water surface though

Cliff -- Nice! I should have expected something like that. Unfortunately, just like you, i'm the one with the decent camera, so I'm usually the guy behind the lense! But, you can be assured that the brown and one of those rainbows were indeed caught by me. Thanks for noticing!

Bassrods, you gotta be kidding me!! You really can tell me that you dont think this was PBH!? The guy can catch fish and knows more about our state as a whole than almost anyone I know. Fish run in the blood of the Hepworths.

Pretty fish there PBH. Nice to see some reports from your neck of the woods on occasion.
Too bad about editing the pics...my feeling is that if you don't like how long it takes it to load on your POS modem, don't click on the link!

[#6000bf]I just like to see pic's of fish. Its laughable that people think one has to prove themself on an internet "thread"[/#6000bf]
