So bright and early this mornin about 5:59 am to be exact i met up with tubedude and tubebabe to chase some fishies at willard.. Got the meet and greet out of the way and away we went into the water. Temp was 61 and got to 65. I caught a crappie and then a catfish. right away.. ended the day with 5 cats and 3 crappie. tubedude has some pics for proof.. Tubebabe caught the big one of the day!! NICE JOB! Anyway Tubedude and tubebabe are awesome people. It was awesome to meet them and fish with them. Thanks guys! If you have a tube/toon/kayak/innertube or anything that floats and love to fish go with them, they love to fish and catch fish and have fun. Once again thanks for the fun trip....

[cool][#0000ff]Great meeting you and sharing some water...even if it was cold and slightly used from the weekend crowd. We have done better but it's all good.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]TubeBabe and I both got 4 cats. Her largest was an inch larger than mine...but mine averaged bigger. And, I got two crappies and she didn't get NONE. Neener neener.[/#0000ff]

Looks like a great day on Willard. I noticed your toon is pretty "tricked out", what battery are you using and does it last all day? I am in the process of setting up my Jon Boat and need some addvice on a good battery and trying to keep the weight down if possible. Any info would be great. Thank you. I have a 10HP motor on the back and just put a foot controlled front mount electric motor on.

Nice photos.
How big was the 'eye, and what did you catch it on?

[cool][#0000ff]No walleyes caught Monday, but Wildcat94 caught his first Willard Bay walleye last week, on a small white jig being fished for crappies. Under 20 inches as I recall.[/#0000ff]
