Does anyone have an updated ice report for East Canyon? I saw the report as of 1/24, but I'm curious to know how things have gone with this warmer weather this week.
Thanks,

I was there on the 23rd, and the ice was 9 inches of clear ice. The temps at night up there are in the mid to high teens. I am going tomorrow and I'll bet the ice is at least that if not a hair more. In the morning the edges were solid and late afternoon they were a little slushy but only a couple inches of slush. I was fishing out from the boat ramps.

Thanks. If you have time after your trip today please post a quick update on the conditions. We will be taking a bunch of scouts up there tomorrow morning and I want to make sure we are good to go.

Was there from noon til dark. 8 inches of clear ice with about an inch or two of snow on top. Got a little slushy in the afternoon. The main trail off the boat ramp was solid. Fishing was fair to good.
