I called Seth yesterday to see if he wanted to sneak down to Nick and do a little prefishing but he had other ideas and was already on the Chick so I did a solo trip. I don't know alot about the Nick so I started out just puttin around close to Shellmound. I fished rock, flats, points,riprap and the fish just didn't have an interest in what I was offering. For my trip I only managed one (1) 15 inch fish on a jig. I guess I eliminated a lot of water so I know where not to fish on the 10th. Water temps were as high as 61* in some areas and the lake was full of trash with no flow at all, maybe that's why they wouldn't bite for me.
