A friend and I will be at the gorge for the weekend my question is I've heard that the kokes are starting to change color will this effect the way they taste?? We kept some in July and loved them but if they won't taste as good maybe we won't target them.... I've also heard "bleeding" them may help from another site.. What is the most effective way to do this? Just one slice through the gills or do you guys really cut them up??? I appreciate any info anyone will offer up.. Also I plan to launch at anvil does anyone have a update on how the road is to get there??
