Fished some elk hair CDC caddis during the mother's day hatch on the weeb. ..they rock!

CDC rocks! I really like Petijean's way of creating a CDC hackle. That type of hackle looks sooo buggy. I am wondering about a variation of this fly... Use sparse, Coastal Deer hair and add a CDC hackle over the hair lash point.
