How far do you travel to fish?
#1
I was more targeting our Saltwater fishing crowd with this question, as they usually have the longest transit time. I was curious as to how far each saltwater anglers passion takes them, before they can we a hook. I know there are many SC anglers that are dedicated to the salt, but live quite a distance away from the closest ramp.

Myself, though i'm from the Murrells Inlet area, I live in Florence now, so i've got over 80 miles to hike before i'm in fishing territory. But, I love the sport enough to make the drive, sometimes twice or more a month. [Smile]

My daily fishing is only a 25 to 40 mile trek depending where I decide to launch from.

I have traveled to other countries which them puts the fishing into the thousands of miles away to go. [cool]

Yeah bro. It's been a long journey with my sponsors and world travels. I had to take a vacation from all that fishing so that I could go fishing at home. [cool]
