Started day 2 late out of the gate as everyone took off as I was picking up Dusty. Ran to our first spot and within 15 minutes had put a 2pound largemouth in the boat. Everyone had high hopes for higher weights after the riverpark, but we were wrong. The bite turned tough, even after catching 4 more on a topwater as they were all just short of keeper size. Late in the morning caught a 12.5 inch spot and a few more small fish that would not help us. Cruiser traffic was bad, which kept us off main lake grass. Ended up short of 3 pounds, and in 4th plave overall, one spot out of the $$$. Fish caught today on topwater and creature bait.
