It was a outstanding day, 30 plus each, one nice 20 inch heavy, all rainbows.

Posting to let everyone know what worked best for us. Trolled about 1 to 1.5, lead core was best with RMT pink green flasher, with mini pink rmt squid tip on first hook partial worm. Out 67 feet on counter reel. Also weighted sparkle fly no flasher on long line worked.

Tks for good post, info, and pic....was it bumper boats out there on Sat?....My solumnar calendar for that day said it was supposed to be 'poor to fair'....You showed them!...

Nice report, I went yesterday and got skunked, not trolling though. Didn't like gulp minnows or tube jigs.

It wasn't too crowded, only half the boat trailer stalls or less used, maybe 2/3 of lower trailer lot. No power sports boats helped. Got very windy, and then died several times.

I was marking fish at 20 feet, so that's why out 67 feet with leaded line. Seemed to work very well. Did a lot of S turns too.

Saw a couple of boats using side planers. Saw several with down riggers, might be good to dial in.

We did best just north of the bay that goes under the road.
