The last several days have been some great fishing on Guntersville Lake. We have been able to put together several different patterns with several different lure presentations. The lake is down and the water temps are averaging in the low 70's and this can make for some more consistent action. The numbers on Echo crankbaits has been great along some of the deeper grass lines. The Bull Wake Shad has been showing off with some quality action as always, especially this time of year. The grass is set up now for some great Choo Choo Lures Swimjig action and has made for some solid fish as well. The quality time that I finally got to spend with my son with his short visit from Michigan was more special than words can describe, and these are the kind of times that "fly by"! It's been some fun the last several days. Get out and enjoy it. Mike Carter
