Berry tough

Simply got skunked, had a couple of hookups, lost. Saw a 5 pound plus flash my jig.
I can't remember the last time skunked, and never ever at the Berry. Very Humbling. Jigged, cranked, trolled, bait. Saw no fish on finder.

It was the Soldier Creek side. I did have a boat. No excuses, I must be willing to report failures with bragging about my triumphs.

A day fishing on a beautiful lake on beautiful day seeing a bald eagle makes it a win.

I saw a bald eagle standing by Indian Creek last Friday. The Friday before last one was flying west from the narrows. Maybe the same eagle! Fishing was about the same last Friday. My son and I each got one under slot cut. We turned them lose.
