I'm sorry to say that on Wednesday morning Jim Carter, a good friend and dedicated outdoor advocate, passed away at the age of 81 from complications of a stroke.
I'm sure there are a lot of folks on this site that either know Jim personally or have heard of him.
He was very active in the fishing community and in the Strawberry Valley.
I've attached a copy of his obituary along with a few pictures of some very enjoyable trips with Jim.
There are a lot of folks that are going to miss this kind and gentle man, I know I sure am.[:/]
