Anybody been up to East Canyon recently? Thinking of going up there this weekend and wondering about ice conditions.

Ice conditions are very good at East Canyon. Most of the ice is 6-8" thick. Fishing has been good first thing in the morning, with fish located in the 20-30 ft. of water. This coming weekend will be hosting the Fins and Feather fishing tourney, so the lake will be busy. Trying fishing with white or chartreuse cutter bugs.

Two different derby’s. The one this Saturday is Fins and Fur with a $50 entry. The one you put the sign up link for is put on by the state parks is in the 26th. Both are really well done.
