Pressure Cooker Testing Completed

[font "Comic Sans MS"][#800000][size 3]Had mine tested last week and found out that when a recipe calls for 10 psi, I need to bring mine up to 14 1/2 psi. Not sure if that includes the required increase to 13 psi for our altitude, but the office clerk said she thought it did. I will call the office this week to talk to the person that did the test and find out for sure. I will definitely be replacing the dial gauge and will have it tested as well.
