I can see that you are trying to attach pictures. That is the gobbledygook you can see. The files you are trying to add are too large. At the bottom of the dialog box where you are writing a post there is a button that says "Add image to post". Click on that and follow the instructions. It actually is pretty easy after a try or two. Don't use the "New attachment, Choose File" at the bottom of the page. If you do, your pictures would have to be less than 500 kb for that to work.
